Meetingrooms up to 22 people
Meetings up to 22 people can use one of the 11 different meeting rooms. The room rental includes:
- Coffee, tea and water, including sugar, creamer and biscuits
- Use of flip chart and other room facilities
- Free WIFI
Creative brainstorm room
In addition to our standard meeting rooms, varying in size from 6 to 22 people, we also offer a creative brainstorm room ‘Mondriaan’. This room is equipped with poufs and has no tables or chairs. This room is suitable for groups up to 25 people.
Equipment
In the meeting rooms, we serve standard coffee, tea and ice water for the specified number of guests. For all our rooms you need to bring the necessary cable and a laptop. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
Make a reservation
If you want to use one of our meeting rooms, you can easily make your own reservation. You’ll find our meeting rooms, with a description of the layout and facilities. You can go to the room of your choice and make a reservation directly at an available time. You will receive the confirmation by email. A step-by-step description can be found in the appendix.
If you have not previously placed a reservation with us, you will receive an email to supplement the company details and then make the reservation final. Afterwards you will receive the invoice at your business location.
You can reserve, change and cancel your rooms online up to one day in advance. Last minute requests and changes or cancellations can only be made by telephone via the host of the conference center. In our general terms and conditions you will find which costs are related to this. You will receive the confirmation by email.
