House rules HTSP (Dutch see below)

Access and security

Access to the industrial estate is only permitted for employees, visitors and suppliers of the companies located at the High Tech Systems Park.
The site is secured by Bravo Beveiliging under the responsibility of Thales Nederland.
Bravo Beveiliging is responsible for supervising and checking compliance with these house rules.
The police have the right to patrol the grounds and intervene in undesirable situations.
Instructions from security and/or police must always be followed.

Demonstration

Prior to any demonstration, permission must be obtained from the HTSP administrator via e-mail: info@hightechsystemspark.com
Demonstrations are allowed only in the designated demonstration areas.
It is prohibited to hold demonstrations outside the designated areas or at other locations on the premises.
Organisers of demonstrations must ensure that the demonstration does not cause any nuisance or danger to other users of the site.
During demonstrations, all authorities will be informed (police, local government and OM)

Road Traffic Act

Behaviour on the premises

It is forbidden to damage infrastructure facilities, property or nature on the premises.
All visitors and employees should behave in accordance with the prevailing norms and values of respect and collegiality.

Safety

Emergency exits, escape routes and calamity routes should remain free of obstacles.
In the event of an emergency, security and/or police instructions should be followed.

Sanctions

Violations of these house rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension of access or a permanent ban from the premises.
Serious violations may be reported to the police and lead to legal action.

General clauses

The house rules can be changed by the site manager at any time.
All users of the site are responsible for knowing and complying with the house rules.

Toegang en Beveiliging

Toegang tot het industrieterrein is uitsluitend toegestaan voor medewerkers, bezoekers en leveranciers van de bedrijven gevestigd op het High Tech Systems Park.
Het terrein wordt beveiligd door Bravo Beveiliging onder verantwoording van Thales Nederland. Bravo Beveiliging is verantwoordelijk voor de toezicht en controle op de naleving van deze huisregels.
De politie heeft het recht om op het terrein te surveilleren en in te grijpen bij ongewenste situaties.
Aanwijzingen van de beveiliging en/of politie dienen altijd te worden opgevolgd.

Demonstraties

Voorafgaand aan een demonstratie moet toestemming worden verkregen van de beheerder van het HTSP via e-mail: info@hightechsystemspark.com
Demonstraties zijn uitsluitend toegestaan in de aangegeven demonstratievakken.
Het is verboden om demonstraties te houden buiten de aangewezen vakken of op andere locaties op het terrein.
Organisatoren van demonstraties dienen ervoor te zorgen dat de demonstratie geen hinder of gevaar oplevert voor andere gebruikers van het terrein.
Bij demonstraties worden alle instanties geïnformeerd (politie, gemeente en OM)

Wegenverkeerswet

Gedrag op het terrein

Het is verboden om schade aan te brengen aan infrastructurele voorzieningen, eigendommen of de natuur op het terrein.
Alle bezoekers en medewerkers dienen zich te gedragen conform de geldende normen en waarden van respect en collegialiteit.

Veiligheid

Nooduitgangen, vluchtroutes en calamiteitenroutes dienen vrij te blijven van obstakels.
In geval van een calamiteit dient men de instructies van de beveiliging en/of politie op te volgen.

Sancties

Overtredingen van deze huisregels kunnen leiden tot waarschuwingen, tijdelijke schorsing van toegang of permanente ontzegging van het terrein.
Ernstige overtredingen kunnen worden gemeld aan de politie en leiden tot juridische stappen.

Algemene bepalingen

De huisregels kunnen te allen tijde worden gewijzigd door de beheerder van het terrein.
Elke gebruiker van het terrein is verantwoordelijk voor het kennen en naleven van de huisregels.
